Honey and Balsamic Marinade

Packed with flavor this honey and balsamic marinade will take your backyard bbq to a whole new flavor level. New York steaks soak up the honey, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar which help create a caramelized char.

Rich and flavorful balsamic vinegar add a sweet, bold taste that pairs perfectly with flank steak, beef tenderloin and skirt steak. Fresh garlic bring the balance to all that sweet flavor, who doesnโ€™t love garlic and beef together? Besides the sweet flavors, this marinade has dried oregano and basil. Two herbs known for their bold flavors and Mediterranean roots. Dried oregano is robust, slightly bitter and has a hint of peppery bite. Basil and its sweet anise flavor with a hint of mint delivers that fresh bite for this marinade.
