INGREDIENTS
- ยฝ cup balsamic vinegar
- ยผ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- ยฝ teaspoon dried oregano
- ยฝ teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar, place lid on and shake well. Use with chicken, pork, turkey, beef or vegetables. Marinate 4-12 hours. This marinade will freeze well.
