HEATER REPAIRS
When running properly, furnaces are relatively maintenance free and are very easy to operate. When they are not working there can be a number of issues that could be wrong. Low battery voltage and insect nests area common culprit for a furnace to not work.
Our technicians here have many years of experience and equipment to trouble shoot your problems without spending hundreds of dollars on replacement parts.
REFRIGERATOR REPAIRS
The refrigerators found in RVs are different from those found in a house because they do not have a compressor. Your RV refrigerator has an ammonia absorption cooling unit which uses, heat gravity and chemicals to create the cooling process. It is critical for an absorption fridge to be level when operating.
Most cooling unit failures are caused from running the unit off level as well as improper ducting of the unit. We sell new refrigerators as well and replace cooling units. Our techs are also trained to diagnosis the electrical systems on your Norcold or Dometic RV fridge.
WATER HEATER REPAIRS
Two major failures of water heaters are animals and insects and the other is water quality. It is always good to drain our water heater after each trip.
If you do not have an anode rod in your drain plug we suggest adding one. Calcium and minerals will attack the anode rod instead of the bottom of your water heater, which causes the tank to rot. Insects also tend to build nests inside of appliances, cause them to not burn correctly and sometimes burn outside of the burner chamber causing a fire or damaging wiring. We have the tools and equipment to service and test your water heater.

REFRIGERATOR REPLACEMENTS
Many RVs come with full-size refrigerators, some with accessories like water in the door and ice makers. Newer refrigerators use less energy than old refrigerators and keep your food colder. Often times its more economical to replace the fridge rather than repairing your old unit.

WATER HEATER
Replace your RV water heater drain plug with an anode rod. Water Heater Anode Rod preserves the life of your water heater by corroding itself so the metal parts of the water heater. Anode Rods are easily replaced and should be checked every three months of continuous use. This inexpensive item could save you hundreds of dollars in the long run.
